Once your product has been developed and approved, we take care of everything needed to bring it into production. Our Full-Service Package includes the purchase and management of all materials and production supplies required to manufacture your collection.
This includes fabrics, linings, elastics, trims, hardware, threads, labels, care labels, woven labels, hang tags, packaging, and every component needed to produce a finished, retail-ready garment. We coordinate the entire manufacturing process, from material purchasing and production to quality control, finishing, packing, and delivery.
By managing every detail under one roof, we ensure consistency, premium quality, and an efficient production process. The final result is a complete, fully branded product, delivered to your destination and ready for retail without the need to coordinate multiple suppliers or manufacturers.

2. What are the minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per style, per colorway. The minimum quantity per project starts at 500 pieces.
These quantities allow us to maintain production quality, efficiency, and consistency throughout the development and manufacturing process.

3. Can clients provide their own designs?
Yes, clients can provide their own designs. Additionally, we offer design services to help bring your vision to life, including technical sketches and detailed specifications. However, 50% of our clients bring their designs already set for us to manufacture.
4. What types of customization options are available?
We offer extensive customization options, including fabric choices, colors, patterns, embroidery, underwires, complex cup sizes, one-pieces, plus sizes, and more.
5. What is the typical timeline for production?
The typical lead time for full-package production is approximately 45 days when all materials and supplies are available. If additional sourcing or development is required, the timeline is generally 60–90 days.
For maquila production programs, the estimated lead time is approximately 14 weeks, depending on the project requirements and production schedule.

Our payment terms are 60% at the beginning of a project, and 40% a week prior to exporting of manufactured products.

11.What Fabrics Do You Offer?
We work with a global network of trusted fabric suppliers to source the perfect materials for your collection. We offer a wide range of options, including sustainable fabrics, jacquards, textured materials, and matte or shiny finishes.
Fabric selection plays a key role in the quality, design, and cost of your product. Simply provide us with a composition, sample, or reference, and our team will source the ideal fabric to match your brand's vision.
12.Do you provide design and product development services?
Yes, we offer this service, which includes fabric selection, tech pack development, pattern making, and sample creation. These services are offered separately and are not included in our full-package production service.
At this stage, our focus is on transforming your creative vision into a tangible product. We work closely with you to refine every detail, ensuring your designs are production-ready while maintaining your original concept.
We also provide in-house fitting services to perfect the fit, functionality, and overall quality of each garment before moving into manufacturing.
Pricing starts at USD $300 per style (one-piece or set). The final cost may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the scope of development required.
13.Do you create samples before production?
Our development service includes the creation of the final approved sample for each style. If you require additional samples of the same style in different colors, vendor samples, or any other samples based on your specific requirements, they can be produced upon request.
Additional samples are charged separately at 3× the standard production cost per sample.
14.Can you source custom fabrics, trims, and accessories?
At AV Studio, we focus on creating products with true differentiation. We work closely with brands to develop custom design details that make each collection unique, including exclusive hardware, trims, and other signature elements.
For custom hardware, mold development starts at USD $200, with a minimum production order of 1,500 pieces.

Yes, we do. We have an internal logistics team. Most of our goods are shipped using FedEx and DHL. For larger shipments, we book directly with airlines.

Our dedicated QC team oversees every stage of production through four quality control filters: prototype verification, in-process inspection, final quality check, and pre-shipment review. This ensures every product meets our highest standards before it reaches our customers.
18. Is production completed in your own factory, or is it subcontracted?
We own our factory, specializing in premium swimwear production. For specialized techniques such as seamless garments, lingerie, and larger production volumes, we work with a trusted network of expert manufacturing partners. We also collaborate with boutique workshops for small-batch production, allowing us to offer flexible, high-quality manufacturing solutions for brands of every size.
